Meals prepared from fresh farm food are the cornerstone of our service
Farms from all over Columbia County donate vegetables, cheese, fish and meat. The number of farms contributing increases steadily every year.
This has been the greatest joy for the CCRK founder, Carole Clark and the founding and current chefs, whose meals are distinguished by the food they use: locally grown and raised, made from scratch with pride in the quality.
We applaud our farm partners and encourage you to learn more about these local, organic farms.

Our Distributor Partners
Our farm partners donate their extraordinary products, superb nutritious produce that would otherwise go to waste.
The mission of Long Table Harvest and Feed Hudson Valley is to gather and distribute excess food to local groups like CCRK, who support the food-insecure community.
During the past year, farmers have been hard pressed to deliver their food, and both of these exemplary organizations have stepped in to fill this gap in the food distribution system.

Food Business Partners
CCRK is also grateful for the support of the following Hudson food businesses, who have generously contributed delicious food for CCRK’s special gatherings and fundraising events.
