Did you know Columbia County Recovery Kitchen is run almost exclusively by volunteers?
Please come join us!
Whether you’ve got two hours to offer or ten, we welcome your time and support.

THERE ARE SO MANY WAYS TO BE INVOLVED
You can join us in the kitchen and work with our cooks, who turn healthy ingredients into nourishing meals.

Or, if working independently feels more comfortable, you can drive and deliver meals, or help with a variety of other tasks such as tech support on our databases, calling and texting recipients, scheduling deliveries, distribution, fundraising, event planning, and community outreach.
PLEASE US KNOW HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO HELP BY FILLING OUT THE FORM BELOW
HERE'S WHAT SOME OF OUR GENEROUS VOLUNTEERS SAID ABOUT WORKING WITH CCRK:
“I love to cook. I like to hear the feedback from recipients. When I call each recipient the day before their scheduled food delivery, they sometimes mention other help that they need. During COVID, I helped get people at home COVID tests.”
JJ got involved with CCRK when he first moved to Hudson about a year ago. He has worked in the kitchen as a cook and also is a Communicator calling recipients each week.

“I love the time cooking in the kitchen with the other team members. We have become friends. I look forward to the work every week.”
Win works with a team of 3-5 people in the kitchen one day each week, and loves finding solutions to solve situations that arise.

“I like feeding and helping people. Growing up at home with a single Mom, we needed help and I feel good about paying it forward now.”
Karla has worked as a Kitchen Cleaner and a Driver. She is currently a floater and trouble shoots.
